Internal Information Management Regulations

Under the revised KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Regulations, KOSDAQ-listed corporations must establish regulations for internal information management and announce them on the company's website (Article 45, Paragraph 2 of the KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Regulations, effective on April 30, 2021). Accordingly, we set and announced internal information management regulations reflecting the recent enactment and revision of relevant laws and regulations.
